"If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath."

Be More Present
Welcome. I am so glad you are here.
Therapy is one of the few spaces in our busy lives in which we can slow ourselves down and notice what is happening in our minds, bodies, and worlds. Our own ability to be present with ourselves can drastically change our lives and our relationships, and experiencing the safe, nonjudgmental presence of a skilled, mental health therapist can help us on that journey. Ready to be more present in your life?
About the Practice
I’m Dori, the founder of Presence Psychotherapy. I am a licensed clinical social worker and a big believer that we are all doing the best we can with the resources we have available to us.
I offer virtual telehealth sessions to adults 18+ in New York State as well as in-person and virtual sessions in Missouri. My office is located in downtown Clayton, just a few minutes outside of St. Louis, and is fully ADA accessible.
I strive to create a space that is inclusive, accessible, and open to all. I do my own work to examine my privilege, to take accountability when I have caused harm, and to seek support when I realize that my own stuff is getting in the way of providing the best possible care to my clients.
